In Kundalini Rising, we weave together ancient tantric wisdom, hypnotherapy, modern psychology and trauma-informed practices to create a path that is mystical, creative, and profoundly safe. This is where the sacred serpent of Kundalini becomes not only a force of awakening, but a source of deep healing, resilience, and creative power.

Structure of the Program
This is a 10 week program. Each week we focus on one chakra—the Seven Gates of Heaven—moving step by step from root to crown. Every session follows a rhythm that combines:
-
A teaching transmission to bring clarity and context.
-
Healing and guided practice to embody the wisdom of the chakra.
-
Creative and somatic expression through writing, dance, movement, and breath.
-
Tantric-yogic techniques and mantra specific to the chakra.
-
Hypnotherapy to release old patterns and awaken deeper flow.
The program begins with an introductory session to lay the foundations and set intentions, and it ends with integration and reflection, weaving the Seven Gates into daily life. Every week includes also a personalised homework and practices for integration.
Weekly Flow of the Journey
Over 10 weeks we move step by step through the Seven Gates of Heaven, beginning with the root and rising to the crown. Each week includes a teaching, guided practices, hypnotherapy, tantric-yogic methods, and creative expression to embody the wisdom of each chakra.

How it began:
Quite at the beginning of my personal development journey, when I was just starting to become aware of myself and (re)discover my femininity, I found myself at a massage and sauna ritual in Latvia with local shamans. During a lomi-lomi massage, the shaman stopped midway and said, “Wow! I’ve never seen such Kundalini. Do you work with Tantra?”
At that time, my entire “work with Tantra” meant having had two tantric massage sessions. I knew nothing about Tantra or Kundalini. “Well,” he said, “you do it naturally — you breathe and move in a way that raises your Kundalini.” I felt it, but didn’t yet understand.
It took me years to understand what that meant. Today, working with both women and men, when I already understand something, I know above all that Kundalini, Tantra, and being human are endless journeys of learning and discovery. Life is a mystery to be lived, not analyzed in detail. Kundalini is the life force energy within every human being, waiting to be awakened and expressed in a unique way. It is a deep, primordial force — a living connection to God.
Working with it requires, above all, loving presence and trust — but also knowledge: not only of Tantra and tradition, but also of modern psychology and neurobiology. In other words, tantric mysticism must meet trauma-sensitive, deep inner work and healing for true, lasting growth.
I have built Kundalini Rising from my own experience — from all I’ve missed and learned the hard way on my path.
I’m here to hold space for your deep, wholesome journey — and to learn with you along the way.
