And although she is feminine as hell, she embodies the masculine too. She is whole, complete & infinite. She is holy because of her wholeness.

Evoking pleasure, body wisdom & intuition, it is deeply liberating & healing, especially for women with s3xual trauma or having difficulty connecting to their s3xuality.
Combining Tibethan tantric hatha yoga and Makko-Ho meridian activationg stretches (also called Japanese yoga sometimes) with personal intuitive body movement, breathing, sounding, energetic sensation & touch makes this yoga really integral and deep. It activates yin&yang, structure & flow, helping us find inner harmony & wholeness. You open up to your own inner wisdom & power of self-healing, becoming your own Dakini. The Yoga is trauma-informed!
